Celebrating International Woman's Day
8 March 2021
Empower your employees. Derisk your workplace.
Over the past few months, our team at Deriskly has been busy developing a suite of tech-powered tools that can help organisations identify and assess legal-related risks in company communications and take action to prevent or manage such risks.
We found that a significant risk for many companies relates to workplace harassment, discrimination and other forms of unlawful conduct involving your employees. Even with comprehensive policies and training for all employees and a commitment by senior management to tacklethese issues, it is still very difficult for affected employees to speak up.
The extent and impact of harassment andother misconduct at work can severely undermine an employer’s legal obligation to provide a safe and inclusive workplace.
Ready to take action to empower your employees andderisk your workplace?
We are developing an easy-to-use and easy-to-integrate risk reporting tool that can help companies handle workplace harassment and other misconduct problems early on.
Whether it is an unwelcome email or a message from a co-worker, employees can safely and confidently report a workplace incident or risk anonymously using the tool. Information and evidence can be securely uploaded, and anonymized using our proprietary machine learning algorithms.
To celebrate International Women’s Day, we are offering a six-months free trial of the tool’s beta version for companies that sign up this month. You reach us via our contact form or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
