Chief Growth Officer (Remote)

Deriskly is looking for a creative, resourceful and dynamic business development executive who will be a member of our senior leadership team. As one of the first senior hires, you will play a key role in leading and supporting the rapid growth of a pioneering AI company by winning clients and leveraging opportunities within existing clients.

Our team is composed of graduates and PhDs from the University of Oxford, with cross-disciplinary experience in law and computer science, driven by the ambition to scale the commercial impact of AI in new areas of innovation. Deriskly is partnering with some of the world’s leading companies in diverse sectors. We are part of the Alchemist Accelerator, the world's leading enterprise-focused venture-backed accelerator program with a 2-3% acceptance rate. We were also selected as one of five game-changing pioneers in the inaugural Lawtech Sandbox Pilot in the UK. Deriskly’s main markets are in the US and UK.

Job Description
 
If you have an entrepreneurial streak and thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment, with the ambition to build a high-growth company from the ground up, we want to hear from you. Working directly with the CEO, you will drive Deriskly’s sales and marketing strategies and revenue opportunities for the company. Illustrative duties of the role include:  

- Develop and execute a full-funnel sale strategy to optimise sales processes, cycles and achieve customer acquisition and revenue goals
- Develop and nurture business relationships with customers to generate new opportunities
- Analyse customer insights and feedback, market trends and marketing best practices to build successful strategies, extract key insights for company growth, evaluate effectiveness and report performance metrics and outreach proposals to the CEO
- Develop a brand strategy and positioning and drive customer engagement across different channels and platforms

Requirements  
- A proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers in the B2B context
- A strategic thinker and doer with strong collaboration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills 
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven approaches to understanding customer feedback and market trends 
- Strong project management and decision making skills  

Preferred Qualifications
-
Previous experience in a sales or business development role (with demonstrable evidence of driving tangible results)
- Previous experience in SaaS (preferably in the US market)

Chief Operations & Investor Relations Officer (Remote)

Deriskly is looking for a results-driven C-level executive with exceptional interpersonal and management skills and financial acumen to join our senior leadership team. As one of the first senior hires, you will play a key role in leading and supporting the rapid growth of a pioneering AI company through creating and nurturing relationships with investors and taking ownership for diverse operational activities.

Job Description  
You will play an integral role in developing and supporting investor and partner relationship development and management, as well as build and scale effective business operations that will enable Deriskly to scale quickly. Illustrative duties include
–  Prepare a wide range of financial and investor-related materials including earning reports, investor presentations and other resources 
- Handle all administrative and operational tasks related to fundraising, approaching prospective investors in financing rounds, manage relations with existing investors 
- Build, develop, and manage relationships with new and existing venture, angel, and corporate investors and partners 
- Track progress of relationships between investors and report to the CEO with status updates
- Develop and maintain an understanding of business metrics, identify key themes for investor discussion and update the executive team on emerging trends
- Set up and execute the company’s operational processes, including those with customers, partners, and service providers
- Provide strategic direction and leadership in financial matters, including budget development, planning and reporting; managing accounts and financial reporting and monitoring.

Requirements
-
Evidence of strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to develop relationships with investors
- Prior experience in investor relations, business operations, strategy, accounting and/or finance
- Strong analytical skills as a data-driven decision-maker
- Excellent team player who can also work independently
- A strong work ethic, high professionalism and attention to detail 

Preferred Qualifications 
- Has experience in a high-growth startup (preferably with a proven track record in fundraising)
